Project Manager
will analyze client's specifications; will handle ramp-up of manpower, equipment and office facility (start-up operation); will closely monitor project cost, can create budgets and track its progress; responsible for innovating processes to drive production efficiency and quality; can formulate methodologies by taking advantage of technology such as OCR, ICR, etc; will communicate with our US client
Document Analyst / Web Researchers / Data Encoders
computer literate with knowledge in using any microsoft applications; proficient in typing; must have excellent communication skills in the english language; possess a bachelor's or college degree in any field or at least 2 years in college; related working experience an advantage; willing to work on night shift and flexible schedule
Database Administrator
will manage linux/mysql servers; must have experience in RDBMs; will monitor system performance; create data back-up procedures; implement disaster-recovery plans; coordinates with the programmer for access to the database; ensures that access is at the highest speed available; ensures accuracy and reliability of information; implement security features
Programmers
minimum 1 year programming experience; must be a graduate of Computer Science / Engineering and other IT related courses; will develop and maintain programs using one or all of the following: Visual FoxPro, Visual Basic, ColdFusion, Scriptiing using Python/Jython
