1. Call Center Executive (Domestic Inbound & Outbound)
- Graduates with good communication skills in English and Malayalam.
- Should also have working knowledge of MS Office & Internet and typing.
- Experience: 0 -1 year

2. Call Center Executive (International Inbound & Outbound)
- Graduates with good communication skills in English.
- Should also have working knowledge of MS Office & Internet
- Relevant experience in international call center: 0 -2 years

3. Lead Tech Support
- B Tech candidate with 3 Years experience in International Call Center,
- Particularly familiar with Nortel / Avaya Environment.
- Should have good communication skills in English & Malayalam and good negotiation skills with suppliers and vendors.

4. Data Entry Operators (Domestic)
- Graduates with good typing skill.
- Experience preferred.
