Responsibilities:
Will provide client support and technical issue resolution via e-mail, phone, chat and other electronic medium
Will answer users' inquiries regarding the Koozzoo website and hardware operation using the Koozzoo website to resolve problems
Must know how to manage workflow between sales support and the IT team to prioritize, coordinate and spec requirements for website bug fixes, changes or enhancements and help develop training materials and procedures
Should maintain records of daily communications, transactions and customer issues along with remedial action taken and other marketing activities
Must know and read our Koozzoo manuals, communicate with programmers and users, conduct own browser tests to investigate and resolve problems to provide the best technical assistance and support
Must provide on-the-spot training to clients and salesmen in the use of our system and products online
Able to review our management system and analytics to analyse, report and assess customer needs, system enhancements, IT requirements, etc.
Knows social media techniques to drive client awareness and knowledge of how to effectively use our website
Able to identify and advise on operational issues in the use of our website and products
Must have great communication skills both verbal and written
Must confer with staff, users and management to establish requirements for new systems, enhancements or modifications
Must ensure that continuous improvement and enhancements are keeping in step with the latest technology and ensure usability in the development of new features
Will conduct office automation feasibility studies – including workflow analysis and cost comparison analysis
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Post Graduate Diploma in IT/Marketing or equivalent
At least 3 years of working experience in a Contact Center environment, Internet Marketing, web best practices and equivalent is required for this position
Must have background in email deployment with full knowledge of latest spam regulations, dealing with ISP blocks and email best practices
Full-Time positions available
Mandatory skills and knowledge: MS Office Viral Marketing Google Analytics, Social Media and Website Statistics an advantage Project Management and Call Center experience a plus
