Responsibilities:

We are currently pooling for individuals who can provide customer service by aggressively proposing the product for continued use and confidently answering customer concerns.
Excellent English communication skills are a must.
Previous experience in customer care and retention are definite advantages.
Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least a Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate, Bachelor's/College Degree, any field.
Required skill(s): Microsoft Windows.
Required language(s): English
Preferrably with at least 6 months call center experience.
