Responsibilities
* The primary purpose of this job is to provide support to assist in daily Customer Service activity.
* Process customer requests.
* Answers to customers inquiries, requests and complains.
* Providing information on products and services.
* Knowledge/ familiarity in computer applications.
* Develops and maintains positive customer relations.
* Ability to understand and carry out instructions furnished in written or oral form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations. Use of manuals/materials in the reasoning process a must.
* Ability to explain detailed procedures and processes in a clear, comprehensible manner. Ability to write simple correspondence.

Requirements
* Candidate must have completed at least 2nd year in college or a graduate of any college degree courses.
* Applicants should be Filipino citizens or hold relevant residence status.
* Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply.
* Interested for a Full-Time position.
* Possess a customer-focus attitude.
* Must have self-initiative to learn and ability to work under pressure with minimum supervision.
* Proactive and a team player.
* An outgoing energetic personality.
* Possess a customer-focus attitude and able to carry out account support.
* Willing to work on different schedules especially on night shift.
* Must have excellent oral and written English communication skills.
* Excellent Problem Solving, Analytical and Decision making Skills.
* At least 6 months to 1 year to any relevant work experience in a call center.
* Proficiency in computer usage and internet savvy.
* A clear, distinct, professional speaking voice.
