The Customer Support Associate (CSA) will be responsible for processing of immigration law documents. The work will involve:

- Internet research
- Analysis of supporting documents &
information
- Spotting issues related to the case
- Processing of forms, and
- Creating legal arguments or letters

The legal argument (or letter) has to be created in perfect American English.
