Description:
OSRP LLC is looking for individuals who are qualified for the position of Customer Service Reps. Successfuly applicants for Customer Service Reps will have a great career in OSRP LLC.

Graduate of any 4 or 5 year courses with at least 1 full year of call center experience preferred. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well with people are essential.

Handle various customer service issues using our intranet CSAR system
Handle warehouse reports
Handle manual drop/ship order issues
Schedule pick-up for customers
Interact with support departments and some of the virtual partners
Computer literate and can type 30 words per minute
Internet experience desirable
Dnyamic personality with a pleasant personality
