Cross sell value added services or products that are offered by the company
Provide consistent, superior service to every customer by utilizing all available tools and resources
Requirements:
Graduate of any four year course or accomplished at least second year college
Eighteen years old and above
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Fluency in English
Experience with MS Office products and web-based applications
Ability to learn quickly in a changing environment
Proficiency in problem solving, decision making and multi-tasking in a fast paced environment
Flexibility to work a variety of shifts
A passion for customer service and sales
Call Center/Sales background is a plus
Applicants should be Filipino citizens or hold relevant residence status
Must be willing to work in Mall of Asia, Pasay City
Must be willing to work in graveyard shift
