Responsibilities:
Respond to all inquiries promptly, politely, courteously, professionally & assertively through phone and email support.
Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle inquiries and complaints.
Adhere to agreed processes, meeting required work standards, targets and objectives.
Requirements:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Fast and correct typing, ability to create grammatically correct responses without any spelling errors
Excellent inter-personal skills
Basic computer knowledge
Aptitude for learning, understanding and conveying services to members
Sound knowledge of telephone etiquette
Experience with both Voice and Email customer care support as well as helping customers navigate websites or software.
Experience working with difficult customers, ability to de-escalate a call.
Experience with billing/retail phone support
Should have at least 6 months to 1 year previous international call center experience
MUST BE WILLING TO START WORKING IMMEDIATELY
