Call Center Operations:
Complies with required shift schedules and login hours, with adherence to break schedules and after call work in order not to disrupt operations as forecasted.
Takes first level of contact to settle customer complaints, concerns and issues in an efficient manner· Provides correct and accurate information regarding customers' inquiries.
Comply with the early in schedules and overtime requirements, if needed by Business Unit Operations.
Responsible for taking care of company properties and equipments by ensuring that the necessary equipments are in proper operating mode or reporting any damages found.
