Qualification Requirements:
- Male or Female, 21 years old and above
- College Graduate and Computer literate
- Married or single with pleasing personality, smart, articulate and well conversant in English, Mandarin or Japanese.
- Strong customer service orientation, with ability to probe/inquire to meet customer needs.
- Must have demonstrated listening, problem solving and analytical skills and has professional speaking phone voice.
- Experience working in a Call Center and has a knowledge of the Japan Market is an advantage
