Responsibilities:

Overview:

The CS Staff for Accounting is the company's critical interface with its clients for matters involving supplies, orders and deliveries. The CS Staff's functions include ensuring that all client orders are properly recorded, shipments are tracked and clients are updated on delivery status, and relationships with suppliers are properly maintained with payment requests promptly attended to.
Requirements:


Work will involve a lot of communication with clients/suppliers so tact/proficiency in both phone conversation and written correspondence is highly required (Call Center work experience as a CSR is preferred);
Must have at least 2-4 years of work experience as a Bookkeeper or Accounting Staff and 1 year in Customer Service;
Experience in shipping and logistics is preferred.
Knowledge/Expertise in Quickbooks and MS Excel;
Accounting or any related Business Degree;
Willing to work in EST Business Hours;
Must possess valid passport as work will include travels
Available for work immediately.
Preferably a resident of Davao City, or must be willing to work in Davao City.
One (1) Full-Time position available.
