Responsibilities:
Ensures that prescribed results are delivered depending on requirements.
Ensures that attendance issues are controlled and to report to work as assigned / required or as  needed.
Displays professionalism, zeal, and delivers positive customer experience in handling calls.
Conforms with all company policies / regulations which are in accordance to Philippine Labor laws at all times.
Requirements:
At least 6 mos to 1yr Call Center experience (Inbound or ourbound) with sales Background.
Above average to excellent communications skills
Able to work under pressure.
Able to work with minimal supervision required.
Able to effectively communicate with team managers and co agents
Able to deliver results and drive motivation
Above average computer literacy
Persuasive and agressive
Applicants must be willing to work in Ortigas Center,Pasig.
Worked with Airlines or a Travel Agency
Experienced Call Center Agent and better if was an SME or Level 2
Training experience or related such as facilitating, coaching and teaching
College Graduate
