VMobile System Solutions is a specialized wireless applications developer providing mobile network operators with solutions that preserve the integrity of their networks even as they allow people to do more and more things via their mobile phones - simply, securely, enjoyably.
VMobile is currently looking for dynamic, focused and flexible individuals who will be joining them in their pursuit to become a global leader in the field of mobile solutions and applications that serve to empower the wireless society.
REQUIREMENTS :
* Female, not more than 28 years old
* Graduate of any 4 year course from a reputable university
* Possess high sense of customer satisfaction
* 2 years experience supporting end-users. Experience doing IT CSR/Help Desk support a plus.
* Excellent comprehension skills (both oral and written, English and Filipino).
* Excellent communication skills (both oral and written, English and Filipino).
* Adept at explaining technical issues in more user-friendly terms.
* Must be willing to work on a 24x7 schedule
* Good problem solving and decision-making skills. Able to work with minimum supervision.
* Highly organized; able to keep schedules and commitments.
* Has a strong sense of urgency and consistently shows the ability to resolve operations and service issues within a short time span.
* Displays ownership of responsibilities, concerned with ensuring both short- and long-term solutions are in place for assigned operational processes.
* Has a keen eye for detail.
* Computer literate and familiar with web and mobile applications.
