• Attend team and call center meetings
• Perform other related duties as assigned
Education: • Desired Education: Bachelors degree
• Required Experience: Customer service and computer experience.
• Required Skills: Type 25 WPM, better than average spelling skills, customer service skills, excellent English communication skills
