Description:
TRG Philippines-The Resource Group is looking for individuals who are qualified for the position of Customer Service Rep-Social Networking.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Ensures that prescribed results are delivered depending on campaign requirements.
Ensures that attendance issues are controlled and to report to work as assigned / required / needed by the campaign on time.
Displays professionalism, zeal, and delivers positive customer experience in handling calls.
Voicing to immediate supervisor / management any feedback, suggestions, scripting, and productivity.
Conforms with all company policies / regulations which are in accordance to Philippine Labor laws at all times.
Package:
Basic Salary Range: 14-18k (Depending on length of call center experience)
Monthly Incentive: from 0-4k (performance-based)
Additional Benefit: 1k Rice Subsidy (Upon Regularization)
Health Benefit: HMO with Maxicare 100k per illness per year (After 90 days from date of employment)
Training is paid base on Basic Salary rate
REQUIREMENTS:
At least 2nd year College or Graduate of any Vocational course
At least 1 year Call Center experience is required
Excellent command of the English language
Minor troubleshooting, email support, billing, inbound customer service background is an advantage
Must be open to viewing sensitive content/material
Computer literate
Willing to work on graveyard and shifting schedules
