Debt Relief BPO Services is looking for individuals who are qualified for the position of Customer Service Rep. Successfuly applicants for Customer Service Rep will have a great career in Debt Relief BPO Services.

CUSTOMER SERVICE REP:
Will work directly with clients to resolve problems such as creditor calls, handle complaints, and do outbound follow ups.
There will also be data entry and basic record-keeping of each client's files.
DEBT NEGOTIATOR:
Will work directly with creditors to settle our clients' debts, update creditors about client accounts, and update records and client files accordingly.
Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , any field.
Required skill(s): Microsoft Windows.
Required language(s): English
Applicants must be willing to work at night
Applicants must be willing to work in Ortigas,Pasig City.
Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Customer Service or equivalent.
Debt collections or credit card experience is a plus.
3 Full-Time positions available.
