RightCall Philippines is looking for individuals who are qualified for the position of Customer Service-Outbound Associate. Successfuly applicants for Customer Service-Outbound Associate will have a great career in RightCall Philippines.

Responsibilities:

Conduct client or market surveys in order to obtain information about potential customers
Record names, addresses, and reactions of prospects contacted
Ensure the quality of - leads generated, completed surveys, and appointments set.
Meet the number of required calls per day.
Submit reports required by the Team Leader at the end of the shift.
Maintains all throughout good public relationship and understanding with clients/agents.
Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree.
Proficient in the English language both in oral and written form
Candidates with experience in outbound contact solutions are at an advantage
Must be highly motivated, enthusiastic and cordial
A strong team player and a service-oriented worker
Applicant must be willing to work in Ortigas, Pasig
Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply.
