- Graduates either fresh or 1-3 years experience in Call Center, concept selling, telemarketing or service industry.

Responsibilities:
- Providing customer service
- Maintaining accuracy of information given to customers, internal and external
- Preparing weekly and monthly reports
- Ahering to the Standard Operating Procedures specified for the call center
- Working in shifts
