Responsibilities:

Customer Service Representative (Inbound/Outbound for an Appointment Setting Account)

This position is responsible for scheduling appointments for consultation and tentative procedures. Responsible for completing out-bound and in-bound telephone calls as required to or from prospective and existing patients to schedule appointments for consultation or procedures. Conduct script approved conversations with prospective patients to ascertain their interest in scheduling a consultation or a tentative medical procedure.

Outbound Customer Service (GPS Account)

A Customer Service Advisor is responsible for making telephone contact directly with customers as part of a follow up campaign to initial product purchase, renewing sales contracts, improving customer knowledge and increasing client retention overall. Contact is for the purpose of consumer education, subscription up sell, and to assist in personalized use and understanding of product. Calls are made using an automatic dialer. Contact is of a routine nature with limited deviation from standard script. This is a non-technical role and may require some contact via fax or e-mail for enrollment / billing.
