Duties and Responsibilities:
► Provide exceptional service to customers via phone and email.
► Effectively resolve customers' issues all the while promoting customer loyalty.
► Assist customers with order process including production information and suggestions, order placement and tracking
► Utilize existing tools to best serve customers' needs
► Work with other departments to provide resolution to customer issues
► Special projects as assigned by the Customer Service Manager
