Customer Service Representative
Customer Service Representative (CSR) is the link between a business and its customers. In general, a CSR is the employee responsible for maintaining good will between a business organization and its customers by answering questions, solving problems, and providing advice or assistance in utilizing the goods or services of the organization.
Technical Support Representative
Technical Support Representative (TSR) provides user-friendly assistance to individuals having technical problems with electronic devices. A TSR is an individual familiar with the ins and outs of a device. With this knowledge he/she is able to troubleshoot problems that a user commonly experiences. Technical support may be provided over the phone, through email, or with live-chat interface.
Requirements:
· Candidate should have EXCELLENT ENGLISH COMMUNICATION SKILLS
· Candidate must have completed at least 2 years of tertiary education in any field
· Must be knowledgeable in basic computer and internet navigation
· Residing near or inside Metro Manila and willing to work anywhere in the Metro
· Should be flexible to work in shifting schedule, weekends and holidays
· Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply!!
