RESPONSIBILITIES
You will provide banking and credit card support services and resolution to US based customers.
REQUIREMENTS
* At least 2 years of college education, preferably in the areas of Banking and Finance, Business Administration, Commerce or Management
* Excellent English communication skills.
* Must demonstrate problem-solving and analytical skills as well as keen attention to detail.
* Must be willing to work flexible schedules.
* Previous experience in financial services in a call center or similar environment preferred but not required.
