Responsibilities:
Key Responsibilities of the CRT Team Lead/Supervisor:
100% focused on outbound calls.
Supervise and manage a team of CRT representatives to drive and achieve 100% of their KPI's.
Responsible to put together and consolidate timely and accurate daily, weekly, monthly reports for management review.
Responsible for timely, professional phone follow-up on Leads generated from Marketing Communications activities and campaigns.
Responsible to train all CRT reps on the required systems, lead management, marcom ROI, reporting, product knowledge, communication and selling skills.
Identify process gaps, failures and areas of improvement with CRT team and all relevant parties, stakeholders and recommended effective solutions and monitor results to achieve CRT team's KPI's.
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Engineering (Others), Engineering (Industrial), Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
At least 4 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably Supervisor / 5 Yrs & Up Experienced Employees specializing in IT/Computer - Network/System/Database Admin or equivalent. Job role in Supervisor/Team Lead or equivalent.
A minimum of 3-4 (with degree) 4-6 (without degree) experience, preferably supervisory position in Call Center, Telesales, Telemarketing and/or Customer Service role.
Has a strong stive to succeed.
Shows interest and aptitude for technology industry.
With strong enthusiasm and high level of confidence and maturity.
Possesses effective listening/questioning skills and has a very good attention to detail.
With high degree of professionalism and. ability to work in a Sales environment.
