Description:
Emerson Process Management is looking for individuals who are qualified for the position of Customer Order Administrators.
Successfuly applicants for Customer Order Administrators will have a great career in Emerson Process Management.
Receiving & processing multi-divisional orders, you will be responsible for ensuring efficient order processes at all times. You will work closely with our Repair Centres, coordinating delivery & cost information, with the aim of meeting Customers delivery expectations. Additional internal Sales related activities will develop once the Repair process is established.
Requirements
Ability to speak & understand English fluently is essential
Graduate of any BS degree with 1-3 years experience in a Customer Service oriented company
Background in Planning or MRP System
Knowledge in MS Office an advantage
Willing to work permanent shifts
