The Customer Care Specialists will be at the forefront of our organization. They will be the focal point for all customer requests, and will be responsible for providing front line support and assistance to our clients. Our Customer Care Specialists are expected to analyze, diagnose and solve problems, with consistently high customer satisfaction rating. They should be courteous, customer-focused, and must be team spirited.
The ideal candidates for the position are persons who are internet savvy college graduates; can speak the American language above average accent and tonal quality; are between twenty and twenty-seven years of age, with excellent interpersonal skills; and are willing to work on shifts. Previous experience in the customer relations management industry is definitely and advantage.
