As pivotal members of the operations team, you will respond to customer queries received through email, voice and chat by using CRM tools such as email & voice management systems and chat applications you will deliver high quality response with utmost speed so that each Customer query is resolved in one contact.

You should

Be graduates with work experience of 0-3 years, preferably in the customer service industry (such as call centers, hotels, travel, paging etc.).
Have a keen interest in the Internet and have strong working knowledge of computers
Have very exceptional spoken and written communication skills in English
Be quick to learn, with strong attention to detail and have a passion for exceeding customer expectations.
Be prepared to work in shifts
