Job requires someone with IT /computer Science background in order to understand the company's B2B /IT products and be able to provide solutions to the queries and complaints received from customers.
Must be able to work well with customers and also with colleagues.
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology.
Required language(s): English - must be proficient in the English language
Customer-oriented and should have long and proven patience in dealing with customers
Willing to work overtime and work in customer sites if needed
Flexible and can easily adjust to the changing needs of team
Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply.
