Proficient in basic computer operations
Must be flexible & be willing to be assigned to varying work hours
Able to relate & communicate to customers courteously
Has attention to detail
Has fluent command of the English language & is able to communicate effectively
The ff. will be a plus:
*Mechanical or Automotive Degree/Training Holder
*More than 1 year call center experience in an inbound customer service setting
Experience working in the automotive industry
