A MAJOR Multinational Call Center in Quezon City is in need of Customer Care Representatives:
Responsibilities:
* Responsible for receiving, initiating and handling phone transactions; documenting and/or escalating issues to ensure customers' concerns are addressed promptly and appropriately.
* It includes educating the customer on the product/service features.
* Possible upselling / cross-selling opportunities
Requirements:
* Male or female: 20 - 35 years old
* Candidate must have finished at least 2nd year college with the following courses: Biology, Mathematics, Computer Science/Information Technology, Science & Technology, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Human Resource Management, Economics, Sales & Marketing, Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Commerce, Mass Communications, Advertising/Media, Music/Performing Arts Studies, Humanities/Liberal Arts, Education/Teaching/Training or equivalent.
* Required language(s): ENGLISH
* ABOVE AVERAGE verbal and written ENGLISH communication skills (Must be FLUENT with the ENGLISH language)
* Excellent LISTENING skills
* Applicants must be willing to work in QUEZON CITY
* Willing to be assigned to SHIFTING schedules
* Applicants should be FILIPINO CITIZENS or hold relevant residence status.
* ONLY FULL-TIME positions available.
* Customer service experience is a plus
* No discipline issues from previous company
* Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
* Computer literate (MS Office applications and Internet saavy)
