Responsibilities:
Confer with Customers by Chat or Email to provide information about product and service to obtain details of complaints.
To answer the queries of the customers in an ethical and informative way.
To give appropriate and relevant information to the customer.
To maintain a position of trust and responsibility by keeping all customer business confidential.
Keep records of customers interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries,complaints and comments,as well as actions taken.
For the unsolved customer grievances refer to designated departments for further investigation.
Capture feedback from Customer.
Updated New Project & New Product Launching.
Handling of Customer and internal calls and daily incident.
Requirements:
Malaysian, between 20-30 years old.
Candidate must possess at least a Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate, Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
Required skill(s):
Traditional & simplified Chinese written skill.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with attention to details.
Can resolve support issues to final resolution and to a significantly high standard.
Able to multi-task.
Excellent interpersonal skills.
Proactive and positive approach to all aspects of your role
Required language(s): Have fluency in three (3) of the following languages:-
Mandarin
Cantonese
Hokkien
Bahasa Malaysia
English
Fresh Diploma holders/ Graduates are welcome for this position.
Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Customer Service or equivalent.
Applicants must be willing to work in Makati City, Metro Manila, The Philippines.
5 Full-Time positions available.
