Asia Talk Telecom is looking for individuals who are qualified for the position of Customer Care Center Supervisor. Successfuly applicants for Customer Care Center Supervisor will have a great career in Asia Talk Telecom.

Responsibilities:

Be subject experts of our company’s products or services.
Guide, train, monitor, and coach each member of the customer service team to achieve set goals.
Manage workgroup resource requirements and schedules. Monitor workgroup queues.
Handle escalated calls.
Prepare and submit service level reports, as well as conduct calibration meetings with US Headquarters.
Conduct regular team member appraisals and reviews.

Requirements:

Four (4) years experience working in a call center and at least one (1) year experience supervising 15 to 20 agents.
Proven employee coaching and counseling skills is essential
Effective organizational skills
Ability to function in a fast paced, customer service driven environment
Strong written and verbal English communication skills
Enjoys challenges and highly results-oriented
Can start work ASAP
