Description:
Affiliated Computer Services (ACS) is looking for individuals who are qualified for the position of Customer Care Agents.
Successfuly applicants for Customer Care Agents will have a great career in Affiliated Computer Services (ACS).
Responds to telephone inquiries and complaints in a prompt, accurate, and courteous manner following standard scripts and procedures.
Gathers information from the caller to properly resolve the situation.
Communicates appropriate options for resolution.
Investigates and attempts to resolve complaints.
Uses a computerized system to gather information, research/resolve inquiries and log customer calls.
Escalates to a Team Leader if necessary.
Education and Typical Years of Experience
Bachelor degree and/or or equivalent experience and/or training. Excellent communication skills in English and other European languages (Dutch and Flemish, French, Finnish, German, Hungarian, Italian, Nordic languages, Portuguese and, in general, any European language). 1 – 3 years experience in a call center environment.
