Emerson Process Management is looking for individuals who are qualified for the position of Customer Account Administrators. Successfuly applicants for Customer Account Administrators will have a great career in Emerson Process Management.

This role involves receiving & responding to Customer enquiries from all world areas. Building excellent relationships with your customers, you will improve Customer satisfaction while looking for ways to make processes more efficient. Involvement in continuous improvement will be an essential part of the role. Effective liaison with internal Customers will also be essential.

Requirements:
Ability to speak & understand English fluently in essential
Mandarin & Spanish speakers are also required
Graduate of any BS degree in relevant disciplines is essential
