Responsibilities:

As Customer Service Representatives, you will be tasked to either take inbound or outbound calls, assisting people from other countries regarding their product or service inquiry or concern, providing solutions to their problems, or simply making a sales offer which would benefit the customer. The job of a customer service representative is a challenging one, however, it is truly rewarding, especially when the customer you have helped is able to smile because his problem was resolved by YOU.
Requirements:

Male or Female, 18 to 35 years old
Must have finished at least 2nd year college
Fresh graduates and entry level applicants are encouraged to apply
Flexible and willing to work graveyard shift
Excellent communication skills
Solid comprehension and active listening skill
Comfortable with either customer service or sales calls
Applicants must be willing to work in Ortigas Center, Pasig.
