Concentrix Technologies is looking for individuals who are qualified for the position of Credit & Collections Manager.

Responsibilities:
Manage all phases of the collections and credit review function including decision process and staff development
Work with department head and other managers in US to improve processes
Perform research and analysis on a consistent basis with little to no direction and the ability to train staff to achieve these goals
Fielding telephone calls and emails from internal/external customers concerning orders, invoice issues, payment issues and recon on accounts
Research and resolve disputes
Ability to turn a negative situation into a win for all parties involved
Work accounts and issues quickly, efficiently and effectively
Conduct monthly meetings with group and weekly with US Management
Present payment plans from customers to management in US for approval
Review past due accounts while working with collectors to get issues resolved
Send manager in US reporting on the aging review each week
Ensure staff is ready to take on additional work as needed
Review and initiate reports to help monitor team
Oversee review of new and existing customers to determine appropriate credit limits and terms
Review sales orders for release
Document analysis and justification of credit decisions
Analysis of financial statements when provided and for credit requests greater than $25k
Work closely sales representatives and customers to acquire needed information, and facilitate sales while avoiding excessive credit risk
Commitment to continuous improvement to comply with ISO 9001:2000 and any other regulatory standard.
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Commerce, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
Experience with AR – Credit and Collections is a must
Banking and finance background will be an advantage
Preferably from the same industry (call center/BPO)
At least 3 year(s) of managerial experience in the related field is required for this position
Applicants must be willing to work in Quezon City.
