Responsibilities:
Management of assigned collection portfolio(s).
Establishing credit lines for U.S. accounts. Monitoring accounts receivable and making adjustments to credit lines/risk codes as appropriate.
Updating management on A/R and risk status. Achieving individual and medium size projects.
Reviewing and approving the establishment of new customers and changes to the customer master.
Performs management reporting including the comprehensive reporting package, identifying and implementing process improvements, maintaining financial controls associated with accounts receivable and through coaching and training develops a competent, customer-focused staff capable of professional interactions, meeting all customer and financial requirements.
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Finance, Accounting or any business-related courses. At least 2-3 years of credit experience is required for this position.
Must have good interpersonal skills. Must be proficient in PC skills including strong Excel abilities, Word, Powerpoint and Internet.
Knowledge of the Consumer Products industry and international credit management experience is preferred.
Demonstrated complex financial statement analysis is required. Must have strong communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast paced environment that requires continuous multi-tasking, ability to synthesize information and present logical recommendations.
Demonstrated ability to work effectively with customers.
Ability to work in a flexible schedule including overtime. Must be willing to work at night shift.
