Responsibilities:
* Implement collection procedures of the company through monitoring of accounts and initiate necessary courses of action based on account status. Assist customers on their late payment or past due accounts, billing concerns and others.
Requirements:
* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor\'s/College Degree in any field.
* Required language(s): English.
* Applicants must be willing to work in Mandaluyong City.
* Applicants should be Filipino citizens or hold relevant residence status.
* At least 6 months experienced with Billing and Collection in a call center company
* Effective Communication skills.
* Must demonstrate excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Proficient PC skills including strong Excel abilities, Word, Power Point and Internet.
* Knowledge of the Consumer Products industry and international credit management experience preferred.
* Demonstrated complex financial statement analysis.
* Demonstrated ability to work effectively with customers.
* Ability to work a in a fast paced environment that requires continuous multi-tasking, ability to synthesize information and present logical recommendations.
* Willing to work in night shift.
* 2 Full-Time positions available.
