Qualifications for inbound/outbound contact center executives:

Bachelor's/College degree holder, any course
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Confident, spontaneous and enthusiastic
Provide strong customer service orientation
Preferably with Call Center Experience, but not required
Willing to work on shifting schedule, graveyard shift, weekends, long hours
