Cosmotec Contact Centre is looking for individuals who are qualified for the position of Contact Center Agent. Successfuly applicants for Contact Center Agent will have a great career in Cosmotec Contact Centre.

Responsibilities:

Ask survey questions for lead generation and provide accurate data to client
Ability to work well that requires a degree of multi-tasking
Requirements:

Preferably with 6 months and above outbound experience (UK/AUS survey account)
Candidate must possess at least a Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate, Bachelor's/College Degree
Has basic knowledge in computer operations
Required language(s): English
Applicants must be willing to start ASAP
Willing to be assigned in any shift (morning, mid and graveyard)
Applicants must be willing to work in Ortigas or Cubao
Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply
