Capwire Telecommunications (Capitol Wireless, Inc.) is looking for individuals who are qualified for the position of Consultant for Operations. Successfuly applicants for Consultant for Operations will have a great career in Capwire Telecommunications (Capitol Wireless, Inc.).

Responsibilities:

Responsible for the overall supervision and administration of a Nortel DMS 300 International Gateway Facility (IGF). Administer and maintaining its reliability, availability and survivability, thus to insure superior call completion performance.

Requirements:

Ideal candidate must be a graduate of Bachelor’s degree BSECE, BSEE, BSComE or equivalent
Must have at least 5 - 7 years of related experience in telecommunications and at least 2 years in the management operations
Must have at least 3 years training/experience in DMS 300 switching operations
Substantial knowledge in International Gateway Facility
Must be able to effectively handle and deal with project management problems and issues
With knowledge on data communications
With mastery on different signaling protocols; C7, R2 MFC, ISDN, C5, DTMF
With knowledge in switching/transmission operations
With knowledge in traffic management
With knowledge in network engineering management
A strategic thinker and with good problem-solving abilities
Has a sense of urgency and passion of excellence
Must possess good organizational, interpersonal and communication skills
Applicants must be willing to work in Makati.
Part-Time and Contract position available.
