Responsibilities:
Under general supervision, you will oversee and coordinate day-to-day computer and integrated network operations and production support activities for a large, complex network-based computer environment. You will supervise and coordinate the work of the helpdesk and computer technical support staff engaged in associated activities.
Requirements:
• Candidate must possess a Bachelor's/College Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electronics and Communications Engineering or any related course.
• Candidate must have a minimum of 3 years working experience in the field of IT and at least 1 year of which in a supervisory capacity.
• Preference on candidate with work experience in a call center or BPO environment.
• Preference on candidate with MCP, MCSE or other certifications.
• Candidate must have excellent communication skills.
• Candidate must be willing to work on shifting and rotating schedules which includes work on weekends and holidays.
• Candidate must be willing to work in Clark, Pampanga
