Administers, coordinates, and communicates various compensation plans to business unit Human Resources departments; Corporate HR; and Executive Management as needed. Assists in the design and development of new programs. Manages outside-vendors to ensure plans and programs are managed effectively.

CRITICAL SKILLS:

Knowledge of sound compensation practices.
Strong oral and written communication skills.
Must be detail-oriented.
Excellent project management and organizational skills.·
Strong computer skills in Excel, Word, Power- point and Outlook.
Able to effectively interface with all levels of the organization and manage external vendor relationships.
Proven analytical and problem solving skills.
Must be able to research, make, and support recommendations.
