Provide task specific guidance and instructions to agents and peers throughout the department. This includes efficiently and effectively answering customer inquiries made by phone or email, resolving escalated customer contacts, and providing solutions to agents.

Requirements
• College graduate
• 6-12 months customer communication experience (email and phone)
• Experience using MS Office such as Excel, Word, Access, Outlook, Visio and Powerpoint
• Experience in an Internet company is preferred
• Excellent English communication skills both written and verbal
• Willing to undergo shifting schedules
• Typing speed of at least 20 WPM
