Job Summary
Deliver initial and recurrent English communications training to employees needing English oral and written communications training. Support Operations and Training department in their continual learning and development through creation of knowledge increasing job aids.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Facilitate Initial Agent/Non-agent English oral, business, and abstract writing skills training
Assess, monitor and evaluate student progress, creating action plans for student success
Assist and coach students using a Computer-Based-Training system
Analyze statistical reports to develop individualized training plans for students
Coach Students during live call practice
Document training & coaching sessions
Identify process improvement initiatives for training
Design, develop & facilitate recurrent training modules
Research, design and develop Knowledge Enhancers and Job Aids
Performs other duties as may be assigned by the Training Manager
Marginal Duties And Responsibilities
Participate in committees and project assignments
Participate in team building activities and self and peer development activities
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Advertising/Media, Humanities/Liberal Arts, Linguistics/Languages, Mass Communications or equivalent.
At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Applicants must be willing to work in Makati City.
Preferably Supervisor / 5 Yrs & Up Experienced Employees specializing in Training & Development or equivalent.
