Description:
Sutherland Global Services is looking for individuals who are qualified for the position of Communications Analyst.
Successfuly applicants for Communications Analyst will have a great career in Sutherland Global Services.
Responsibilities:
* Document all pertinent data related to day's worth of Coaching sessions
* Prepares and submits to Senior Trainers, other immediate supervisors and program leaders the end-of-phase report on the over-all performance of the reps under the Communications Skills Coaching Cycle
* Attend weekly calibration sessions with QA
Requirements:
* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , any field.
* Should have at least 2 years BPO experience as ACE/Communications Coach/Trainer
* Willing to work on shifting schedules
* Should have above average English communication skills
* Average skills in MS Office applications
* At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
* Applicants must be willing to work in Clark,Pampanga.
* Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Training & Development or equivalent.
* Full-Time positions available.
