Your challenge will be:
-Monitor, test and troubleshoot network hardware and software problems, recommend and schedule repairs to maintain network integrity
-Evaluate, design, troubleshoot, upgrade and maintain telecommunications and information technology network systems such as PBX, Voice Mail, ACD, CTI, IVR and Call Management reporting system

You are expected to have:
-B.Sc. of Electronics Engineering or Computer Science
-2-5 years of work experience with PABXs, CTIs, IVRs and Contact Center management, configuration and design in a large corporate environment, ISDN and LAN/WAN data infrastructure technologies, and intelligent network & VOIP knowledge is a plus.
