NCO Group is looking for individuals who are qualified for the position of Collections Agents - Earn P18,000. Successfuly applicants for Collections Agents - Earn P18,000 will have a great career in NCO Group.

Responsibilities:
Collectors are expected to use autodial &/or manually call consumers; they are expected to work on delinquent accounts and negotiate a resolution or a payment.
Collectors also receive calls routed to them; these are customers calling in with reasons which include but not limited to the following, to inquire, make a payment or file a complaint.
Collectors are expected to attempt to call possible numbers and find location information (consumer home number, address and place of employment)
Negotiate with the Cardmembers/right party contacts (any person who's responsible of paying the debt) and qualify them by getting related information that will help in providing the best option by following the order or business in paying debts.
Know and adhere to the work standards set by Client and Company in managing delinquent accounts e.g. routing to appropriate queue, following payment follow up guidelines.
Responsible in maintaining workstation and company equipment clean and free from breakage
Able to multi task and deal with pressure while on the Operations floor.
Must adhere to the rules and regulations mandated by the Company, Collections Department and Corporate Office


Requirements:
Can type at least 25-35 wpm
Possess demonstrated geography, spelling, listening and alphabetizing skills
Professional telephone manner and good oral communication skills
Ability to problem solve and offer alternative solutions appropriately
Must be a team player but able to work independently
Ability to work a variety of rotational shifts/days off, which may include some holidays and weekends
Must be able to work occasional overtime as needed
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Knowledge of MS Office software and functions
Typing and data entry skills
Ability to work in a flexible and challenging environment
Has access to the internet and browses the net on a regular basis
Must be energetic, articulate, committed and highly service oriented
Demonstrated ability to grasp new concepts; understand new systems and quickly master key elements of job within training period
Demonstrated attention to detail
Upbeat, positive, enthusiastic personality
Great people skills, including empathy, courtesy, and respect
Strong verbal presentation skills, with a pleasant, professional and articulate telephone presentation
Persuasiveness, confidence/ ability to handle rejection
Creative problem-solving skills; ability to quickly assess customer issues
Drive and self-motivation
High ethics, common sense and good overall judgment
Required skill(s): sales, collections, or call center experience
At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Applicants must be willing to work in Fort Bonifacio.
Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Sales - Telesales/Telemarketing or equivalent.
