STC Solutions is looking for individuals who are qualified for the position of Collection Associates. Successfuly applicants for Collection Associates will have a great career in STC Solutions.

Collection Associates are reponsible for locating and contacting debtors of STC Solutions' US clients to recover money owned on past due accounts in accordance with US state laws.

Qualifications:
Excellent English communication skills
General knowledge of the collection process
Resourceful, confident and persuasive
Hardworking and flexible
Ability to work independently and negotiate effectively
Computer and internet proficient
College educated and willing to work shifts.
