Quality Manager
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , any field.
At least 6-8 years of relevant experience in a BPO/Call Center Industry.
Relevant experience in quality, process improvement, project management and audit in the BPO industry.
Hands on experience in six sigma projects is an advantage.
Must have excellent analytical, presentation & communication skills.
Applicants must be willing to work in Mckinley Hills,Taguig City.
Candidate should be open to work in any shift including night shift
